Only items purchased directly from our Digizone store will be eligible for return request. Please contact us to request a return and provide your purchasing information.

Free Returns within 30 days from the date of purchase apply to eligible orders, if received wrong item according to order, damage or defective (must provide picture through email).

Buyer is responsible for return shipping due to following reasons: accidentally purchase, order wrong case, change mind, found lower price,didn't like it.  

All returned products must be returned in new, unused condition with all original materials included (* Bundle items: To receive a full refund, all items within the bundle have to be returned. Non returned items, will convert into a full price purchase and the order will be refunded accordingly.)

Minimum 20% restocking fee is applied to used or damage item by buyer, missing original packaging or content(s)

The refund process may take up to 24 to 48 business hours after delivery of package

Refused, Unclaimed and Return packages due to Wrong/Incomplete address or any other reason, will be refunded, minus the shipping fee, if paid, once the package has been delivered to the RMA department

Shipping paid by buyer is nonrefundable

Digizone is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged packages
